Do you enjoy working with the public and making an impact? Become a MIYP Greeter/ Screener!
In partnership with United Way of the Capital Region, TCCA will be providing tax services through the Money in Your Pocket or VITA program. To make this opportunity a success we will need volunteers to help us! As a Money in Your Pocket (MIYP) Greeter/Screener, you will make a huge impact by ensuring families feel welcome and have the necessary documents during the intake process of tax preparation. There is NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY and ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED. As a greeter or screener, you will NOT be preparing taxes.
This opportunity is available every Tuesday and Thursday starting on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 and ending Tuesday, April 7th, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:30 PM. We would love to have the same weekly greeter/screener, however, we appreciate any and all support!
Knowing Spanish is not required, but would be a huge plus!
